1. Form source

Form id From Forms → Settings → Form ID in Gravity Forms admin. Items per page

2. Columns & sort

Columns (comma-separated, ordered) Leave blank to render every form field.

3. Filters

Server filter (always applied) e.g. status:approved hides anything else from this view. User filter chips (visitor toggles) Scope to current user's rows Column that stores a user id / login. Each visitor sees only their own rows.

4. Permissions

Allowed roles Anyone outside this list gets the fallback (login or 403). Editable columns Listed columns become inline-editable. Others stay read-only. Per-column edit role gates Tighten the edit gate per column. Format: column:role,column:role

5. Bulk & advanced

Where this goes
